I glaze mine with a glaze I make of brown sugar, mustard, orange juice, and a teeny pinch of allspice. I pre-slice the ham about halfway down so the glaze can get in deep, and pre-glaze well before baking. About every 15 minutes, I brush on more glaze. About 15 minutes before it's done, I pour all the remaining glaze over it and uncover it(I start it out wrapped loosely in foil to jeep it juicy) and turn up the heat to 500 so it makes the top layer a little chewy and browned. I never eat it(I don't eat pork), but my entire family scarves it down!
